In questo periodo mi colpisce particolarmente il termine "giustizialismo".

- invocati ed evocati troppe volte ad intermittenza –

i quali, appunto, concepirono ed introdussero l’istituto dell’autorizzazione a procedere in ordine ai procedimenti penali riguardanti i membri del Parlamento, istituto che, magari,

potrebbe essere in qualche modo rivisitato con l’introduzione di una sorta di “inversione”

 dell’onere della richiesta (e della allegazione), prevedendo, per esempio, che,

nel caso in cui vi siano i presupposti per sottoporre a procedimento penale un parlamentare,

non debba essere l’autorità giudiziaria procedente a prendere l’iniziativa formulando l’istanza di autorizzazione a procedere, ma piuttosto lo stesso parlamentare ad investire la Camera di appartenenza, chiedendo alla stessa di delibare e di pronunciarsi sulla possibile sussistenza,
